Lextra® is a patented US production method and means „printing“ with millions of fiber-dyed flocks of wear-resistant nylon. No liquid printing inks are used, the colours are thus intense and permanent. It has a textile, velvet touch. Lextra® gives the printed image depth and a high-qualitiy impression. Lextra® 3D and 4D versions combine single-coloured or multi-coloured printed polyester fabric with an embroidered look with flock elements for a stunning three-dimensional look. Lextra® is particularly suitable to highlight partial design elements such as for example company logos or 3D writings. One-off sample costs will incur for the production of the Lextra® samples. PRIST is a patented Japanese production method and is particularly suitable for the detailed illustration of three-dimensional logos with the finest structures and a shiny metallic surface. The PRIST refinement is punched out from a metallized polyurethane film with a perfectly crafted emboss stamp using high frequency. In addition, the surface can be screen-printed with any number of colours as well as colour gradients. Glitter, reflecting colours or matt/shiny combinations are just some of the manifold options.
